RTC_Admin2021-08-26T17:06:49+00:00Yes. This decision will be made through community consultation during the Constitution Development process. However, if we get a “NO” vote from a majority of voters, there will be no treaty. If we get a “YES” vote from a majority of voters, there will be a treaty. People who don’t vote wont have their vote counted either way.
