This immersive 5-day sleep-away culture camp will take participants to the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest; the perfect setting to connect more deeply to community and traditional practices. Hosted on Kwakwaka’wakw Territory, Nawalakw culture camp will focus on language revitalization (Kwakwala), connection to people, place, and land-based teachings.
Join Lush Valley in a series of cooking classes that will focus on traditional foods, how to prepare nutritious meals and inspire us to have fun in the kitchen.
Join Compass Adventures for Summer’s last hurrah! This 5-day camp will provide youth with new skills, such as sailing catamarans with Compass staff members, as well as exploring their ocean waterpark and paddle sports, like kayaking, paddle boarding and beach activities. Lunch will be provided by KFN.
Join ACMG (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides) certified instructors in a beginner friendly 3-day climbing camp. Learn the basics of rock climbing and build confidence in your abilities to maneuver challenges.
This 3-day Explore Camp is an opportunity to explore fun forms of recreation, build new friendships and connect to your body through movement. Each day, we will focus on a new activity that is based in nature and inspires our inner Adventurer.

Indigenous Education and K’ómoks First Nation would like to invite you and your child to a special day at Comox Lake, where K’ómoks First Nation students will be the first to paddle these canoes. This event is a celebration of culture, community, and land-based learning.
Join us for a fun-filled evening with cookie decorating, games, and an easter egg hunt for all ages! A traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings will be provided.
