Treaty Registration FAQ
Why do we need to register for every Treaty event?
Registration is preferred for honorarium and event planning purposes. To prepare the honorarium in advance, we need to know who will be attending and how many for catering purposes.
To whom do the online registration forms go?
The form is created and managed by the KFN Communications team through the KFN website. The registration is directly sent to Tiffany, the Treaty Office Coordinator.
Why is certain information needed every time?
At each meeting, a new registration list is generated. While some individuals may have access to certain information, it is essential that all details are updated to guarantee accuracy and currency. Additionally, since some members might possess multiple email addresses, this process ensures we are utilizing the correct contact information.
Why only cheques for honoraria and not cash?
Given the substantial risk involved in handling large sums of cash, some individuals may feel uneasy about taking on that responsibility. Additionally, there is a high potential for human accounting errors and changes in financial policies.
Why the change to the online registration form?
The new online form aims to centralize all registrations in one location, minimizing the chances of being overlooked or forgotten, and ensuring all information is correct.
What if we do not have access to a computer or the internet?
For registration assistance, you can contact Tiffany at wildisleconsulting@gmail.com, or contact the KFN Reception at 250-339-4545, for those who do not have internet access.
