Jordan’s Principle Settlement Workshop

The Jordan’s Principle Settlement is for individuals who were removed from their home as a child between April 1, 1991 and March 31, 2022 while living on reserve. You may still qualify if you participated in an Extended Family Plan. Additionally, there are other settlement options available for caregivers, including parents and grandparents. Claimants could receive up to $40,000 per eligible removed child, while some caregivers could receive up to $80,000.
Unsure if you’re eligible? Please join us at the workshop and we will work through your eligibility. A Claims Assistant will attend to assist and complete applications.
