August 2025 Introducing the K’ómoks Elder Treaty Distribution Process We are pleased to share that we have finalized the Elders Treaty Distribution policy and claims process, which includes distribution eligibility, procedures, claim form, and payment methods. The Elders Treaty Distribution is a one-time payment to eligible K’ómoks members. The distribution is being implemented as a result of our successful Treaty ratification.
